If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a return and refund policy that lasts 14 days from the date of your purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange if more than 14 days have passed since your purchase.

Eligible Items for Return

We accept returns on the following items, provided they are unused and in their original condition:

• Scarf pins
• Hats
• Car hangings
• House frames
• Unused stickers (Stickers that have been used are not eligible for return)
• Fragrances for diffusers (If the fragrance has been opened or used, it is not eligible for return)

Returns Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@nalaynshareef.co.uk with your receipt or proof of purchase. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return address. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged and do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Shipping Returns

When returning an item, you are responsible for both the cost of return shipping and ensuring that the item is adequately packaged to prevent damage during transit. Please note that return shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

For higher-value items, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and considering shipping insurance. This will help ensure that your returned item arrives safely and can be tracked if there are any issues.
